The Asian Journal of Research in Pharmaceutical Sciences (AJPSci) is committed to the principles of Open Access (OA) and supports the free dissemination of scientific knowledge to a global audience. By Open Access, we refer to the immediate and free availability of published content on the public internet, allowing anyone to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full text of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without financial, legal, or technical barriers.
All manuscripts published in AJPSci are freely accessible on our website to the public without any registration or subscription. However, the journal follows a delayed open access model: articles become openly available six months after their initial publication. This policy ensures wide dissemination of scientific research while allowing the journal to manage publishing operations effectively.
AJPSci provides open access to support a large and diverse community of readers, including researchers, academicians, students, healthcare professionals, and the general public. We believe that unrestricted access to scientific literature accelerates discovery, encourages innovation, and enhances education across the globe.
Article Processing Charges (APC)
To sustain the journal’s publishing infrastructure, including editorial processing, digital archiving, website maintenance, and indexing services, AJPSci may charge an Article Processing Charge (APC). This fee is applicable only after a manuscript has been accepted for publication. There are no submission charges. Authors will be informed of the APC amount at the time of acceptance.
AJPSci adheres to the best practices outlined by leading open access organizations and initiatives, including:
- Open Access Scholarly Publishers Association (OASPA)
- Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ)
- Open Access Directory (OAD)
- Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI)
We strive to align our policies with global Open Access standards to ensure transparency, accessibility, and accountability in scholarly communication.
